“Rooms were very clean, staff was great, food was very good”

“Hotel con todo de mala calidad”

“The room was fine except for this horrible whistling noise we heard all night. They’re in the middle of a little bit of construction and they have caused a wind tunnel effect in some rooms. When I spokeg to them at check out. She advised she was aware of that problem and she stated she would be compensating my room for my stay. It has been week since I we stayed and I am still waiting for my refund.”

“It was very noisy during my stay—it sounded like there was construction going on. The receptionist at check-in was quite inattentive and nearly charged me again by mistake.”

“Nice rooms”

“The elevator wasn't working the 2 days we were there. Our room was musty smelling like they're was poor ventilation . Room was clean, staff was friendly.”

“Property was very clean, amenities we're decent, staff was welcoming. The only dissatisfaction I had was, the pool was to cold to get into, especially without a hot tub on the premises.”

“The door to our room was almost impossible to open and our room smelled awful!”
